Last year I lost 6.7kg thanks to joining the Weight Watchers program. I was active from July until October 2017, using their App and attending the weekly meeting. I lost the interest a bit and I wasn´t tracking my daily food, and I kept the same weight for the rest of the months, just bit up and down. But, last week one of my colleagues told me » in the production area they are very surprised about your weight loss,» which gave me a motivation to back to the program.
This time I´ve chosen app only. Let´s see how is going!

Week 1. 03/04/18: -1.1kg
Week x. 20/05/18. 10% total loss!
Week x. 05/07/18. 1 year annivery: 9.8kg total loss!
